01/24/06	Wouter, I wanted to let you know how I got on with the Genesis FT platform this week. Installation Straightforward. Video and Manuals The videos are very good and there is a well written 300 page manual that can be downloaded which covers just about everything else a user would need to know. Customer Support Superb. I called about one feature and got through to technical support immediately. An e-mail inquiry was also answered within an hour. I was additionally very impressed by the remote support feature. Ease of Use After watching the 23 minute video, the chart and ladder functions were easy to use. I was up and running within 30 minutes of downloading the software. Features The platform is packed with useful features; not extraneous stuff that no-one would want to use like the Trademaven software. The charts are much better and so is the order entry ladder, or dome. Stability Excellent. I have used this for three days now and had no issues at all with the platform freezing up, unlike Trademaven which routinely does this, and often then reports the open positions incorrectly with unwelcome consequences. I am very impressed with the platform and will be removing Trademaven from my workstation later today. 01/21/06	Hi Walt, for the record i looks like the transition to Trade Navigator will be simple and worthwhile. It appears we will benefit considerably from the change and with little pain in functional transition. Early findings are the platform is user friendly and support has answered my questions promptly. 01/14/06	To whom it may concern, Ref: Genesis/Trade Navigator versus TradeMaven As a new user of Genesis trading platform and charts I find it much easier to use than Trademaven. Trademaven kept stopping on me two or more times a day. Genesis has it all, you can add strategies plus set up multiple chart windows and alerts. I set up 4 or 5 charts for futures and 4 or 5 charts for Forex in separate windows. The system is very stable and reliable. I've only been using the system for a few days so I haven't mastered much of the capabilities of this powerful system. Yours in trading Larry C.

03/14/05	“I have used the XXXX feed on three different trading platforms and have not liked them because I would loose connection and have slow response times. I finally came to the conclusion that it was not the platform that was causing my troubles. I now use TransAct with the same trading platform and the speed of a fill and the response of a change order are so quick it is amazing. The best part about TransAct is as of yet I have never lost connection in high volume trading. It seems to be more stable than the other clearing houses. I have found nothing better for my needs than TransAct. It has worked so well I have told my trading partners about it and now they use it and also have said it’s the best they have found.” MT
02/08/05	I was very impressed with TransAct today, the Trademaven Dome now runs on turbo. I did not see any kind of lag on price quotes, which was previously a problem, and the order fills are significantly faster. Thank you for making this available to me. Regards NC - Texas
